In spring 2026, four musicians Suli Xue, Alejandro Drago, Frank Su and Andrew He Huang from the Schoenfeld International Music Society self-funded their trip to Wenzhou, blending the US folk song “Simple Gifts” with the local nursery rhyme “Ding Ding Dang”

At the 15th China (Wenzhou) International Garden Expo opening, they led 500+ volunteers in flash-mob performances of “Wenzhou Spring” across city landmarks.

A portrait of cross-cultural friendship and tribute to the USC Professor Schoenfeld sisters’ spirit of sharing love through music.
