The submission for entry in 2019 Asian Film Festival for filmmakers is exempted upon the decision of the AFF organizing committee and the donated non-profit organizations.

Guest attendees the AFF events still need to pay for the tickets. 2019 AFF entrance fee will be donated to non-profit organizations as a planned of a welfare innovation for youth education.

The submission to Asian Film Festival fee waiver program is a benefit for eligible filmmakers and students system. Fee waiver approval does not guarantee admission into the AFF.
