Maryam is an Iranian born writer, screenwriter and director. she works alongside Rai cinema with her work “Yalda”. She has won many national and international awards for her works. She won Mibact MigrArt from the ministry of culture in Italy in 2016 for her short film “Mare Nostrum”.
