Director Statement

While OH SH!T is meant to be an empowering take about dating as a young woman, it is also a love letter to my best friends. I wrote and produced this film during my final semester of my senior year of college, when I knew I’d have to leave my friends in San Francisco in just a few short months. I was apprehensive about even making the film at first, directing your own movie seemed a daunting task, but my friends encouraged me every step of the way. So thank you to them and thank you to the city of San Francisco.
