My Story
Ken Shinozaki is a Los Angeles-based Cinematographer known for his natural aesthetics and simple yet effective lighting schemes. His images are stunningly powerful and intentional, generating strong emotional connection with the viewer. He earned his MFA in Cinematography at the prestigious AFI Conservatory in 2022. His knowledge of storytelling and filmmaking made him one of the most efficient Cinematographers working today. His versatile skills allow him to spread in diverse scenes from narratives, commercials, and documentaries.
Director Statement
I always loved feel good movies, and I feel as though we’re constantly reminded of our differences, and I wanted my film to be a celebration of our similarities across culture. I hope this film will warm your heart and bring a smile to your face reminiscing our own childhood when magic did exist.
