My Story
Born in 1972. After working as an actor in a theater troupe, began making films in 2005. Directed Crooked Book as part of the ndjc: Young Filmmaker Development Project in 2014. In 2016, the omnibus movie Scrap Scrapper was shown at K’s Cinema Shinjuku and many other places. His 2018 short film Hinatabokko won the Grand Prix at the Hakodate Harbor Illumination Film Festival, Runner-up Grand Prix at the Isesaki Short Film Festival, the Audience Award at the Fukui Short Film Festival, and a Jury Prize at the Tateshima Kogen Film Festival. His short film The Wake of Yoshikawa won the Grand Prix at the Hakodate Harbor Illumination Film Festival in 2021, and was well received at many other film festivals.

- April 26, 2022 Playing Dead As a student, Hiroshi aspired to be an actor but he now finds himself only ever getting cast as dead bodies. Even so, his passion for acting has yet to fade, and no matter how small the role, he dedicates himself to portraying dead bodies as realistically as possible. However, his performances are always over-the-top, and he has gained a reputation for being difficult to work with. After drowning his sorrows in drink, he calls an escort agency which promises to supply "neat and cute female students from prestigious universities". The girl who turns up at his apartment has pink hair, and calls herself "Kana". One day, Kana, who has been beaten by her boyfriend after telling him she was pregnant, turns up at his apartment asking for help. To protect her, Hiroshi uses his skill at portraying dead bodies to deceive her boyfriend.
